There is an executive board which meets the Monday before the Circle meetings at 6:30 p.m. to set dates for the yearly activities and to discuss plans for these activities.  Offices are: Moderator- Vice Moderator- Secretary- Treasurer, Sewing & Supply, Local Service, Circle I and Circle II leaders and a three member Nominating Committee, Members are elected to these offices for a one year term except for the three Nominating Committee members which each serve for a three year term.
